Ngwakongoh Lawrence is a result driven leader with experiences executing successful civil engineering projects from building construction to water retaining structures working with ICTA, GORING COMPANY LTD, AKICO,  and CIADCO and humanitarian to political activist with experiences raising funds for the less privileged and leading youthful to local development endeavors working with PNDP, PLAN Cameroon, and numerous youth organizations in the northwest region of Cameroon, always being at the forefront. He backs a Master’s Degree in Project Management from CATUC, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Dschang, and an HND in Civil Engineering from OUR SAVIOR POLYTECHNIQUE Enugu Nigeria. Being the Mayor of Bafut Council at the point in time is but an attribution of Ngwakongoh’s strong resilient spirit as a productive team leader who thrives in highly challenging tasks in what ever environment.
